Srinivasan Iyer, CEO & Lead Consultant, 38 yrs |

A visionary with an entrepreneurial streak, Srinivasan founded MPower in 1992 when he was just 23 years old. Srini, as he is fondly called by his friends and business associates, believes that the cutting edge difference between industry leaders and other organisations is the people. He is of the firm opinion that processes cannot change until people make them happen.
Srini is a CEO coach, mentor and management consultant. He advises over 400 leading organizations of Asia on strategy, leadership, competency based HRM, performance consulting, organizational restructuring, change management, mergers and acquisitions. Training is his passion. He has designed several workshops, case studies, role plays and management games.In his 16 years of coaching experience, Srini has facilitated over 850 workshops and trained over 39000 senior managers of leading business groups and MNCs, including Chairmen and CEOs.
Srini holds a Masters degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling and also Postgraduate Diplomas in Human Resource Management and Business Management. He is also a certified trainer in Neuro- Linguistic Programming and a member of NFNLP, USA.
Srini is a research scholar and has presented several papers at national and international forums on strategy, human resources and management models. A business columnist, he writes syndicated management columns and industry reviews for leading business publications of India.
A popular speaker at national and international conferences, Srini is invited regularly to chair panel discussions and deliver keynote addresses to CEOs and managers across the globe. He draws upon his rich consulting and coaching experience and shares industry best practices with his audience. Krithika Srinivasan, Director & COO, 33 yrs |
|
Co-founder of MPower, Krithika Srinivasan is a finance professional with specialization in Cost & Management Accounting. She has designed and facilitated several financial management workshops for non-financial managers since 1998. As a financial consultant, she has designed Voluntary Retirement Schemes and compensation packages for several MPower clients.
A certified NLP practitioner, Krithika has co-facilitated several workshops on Team Building and Leadership. She loves out-bound programmes that involve mild adventure and simulated team exercises.Krithika has also specialized in Business Process Re-engineering from Japanese Management Association, Japan. Her forte also includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) documentation.
As Chief Operating Officer, Krithika is responsible for designing effective systems and business processes at MPower. Krithika is also responsible for mitigating the risks of the business and managing brand MPower globally.
She heads the finance function at MPower and is responsible for putting in place the financial metrics to monitor the Return on Investments of various projects, divisions and businesses of the organisation. Maximization of resources, continuous improvement and brining about effective cost savings is an important aspect of her role.
Krithika also spearheads the IT initiatives of the organisation and is responsible for leading the support team in providing effective administrative and IT support to the business heads at MPower. Conceptualizing and ensuring effective fructification of new projects is also a key component of her responsibilities.
Talent retention & management, creating a ‘fun place to work’, employer branding and ensuring effective performance management and career plan for everyone at MPower is also a key responsibility of Krithika.

N.Venkatasubramanyan, Director, 61 yrs |
|
Venkatasubramanyan, a post graduate in commerce and law with 3 decades of banking experience, is in-charge of Strategic & Financial Consulting. Venkatasubramanyan has worked with IDBI and SIDBI in various capacities. His forte includes project appraisal, fund management, turnaround strategies and venture capital. He has served as nominee Director on the Boards of several state level financial institutions and state level venture companies. He has also served on the Boards of several industrial companies and on the National Committee on SME of the CII.
Venkatasubramanyan had undergone an intensive executive programme at Havard Business School, USA for managing small businesses. He had also visited U.S and Italy to study the models of financing small businesses and guaranteeing mechanism.
He worked closely with international consultants as a member of the team that prepared a blue print for SIDBI in terms of change in organization structure, skills and resources, infrastructure and business processes.
He conceptualized a collateral-free guarantee scheme for enabling micro and small enterprises to avail of finance from commercial banks without collateral security. He served as the first Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) set up by Government of India and SIDBI with an initial corpus of Rs.1.25 billion.
Venkatasubramanyan’s paper on the need for setting up a national level venture fund for the IT industry led to the setting up of National Venture Fund for Software and IT industry (NFSIT), a closed ended 10 year fund with an initial corpus of Re.1 billion promoted by SIDBI, MIT, GOI and IDBI. He has presented papers at national and international conferences on competitive edge and growth opportunities of SMEs.

B. Jayasree, Head – HR Services, 26 yrs |
|
Jayasree heads the HR services at MPower. She leads the HR consulting, coaching and recruitment practices of the organisation. As the Practice Head, she is the focal point of contact for over 400 clients of MPower globally, and the 42 trainers and consultants that comprise the Delivery Team.
Her role includes mapping the training needs jointly with the customer and delivery team, ensuring effective delivery of products and services, customer relationship management, managing and enhancing freelancing and franchising partnerships of MPower.
Jayasree is also responsible for designing and marketing innovative HR products and solutions, interfacing with the media, forging partnerships with academic institutions and management associations globally.
Besides heading the HR practice, Jayasree is actively involved in designing and co-facilitating in-company workshops, public events and outbound programmes. As a consultant at MPower, her forte includes job profiling, competency mapping, performance consulting and HR outsourcing.
Jayasree is a Bachelor in Computer Applications and holds a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources. She is currently pursuing M.Sc in Applied Psychology. Jayasree was presented the Young Achiever Award by SNDT University in 2007. She has presented several papers in national and international conferences. Her paper on ‘Talent Management: An experiential Model’ has been published in the book ‘Managing Global Competition: A holistic Approach’ by Macmillan India Ltd.
