Magical Selling gives you what it needs to capture and sustain attention and to put up a convincing and clinching sales deal. The workshop is a niche integration of Neuro Linguistic Psychology (NLP) & selling skills.

Trainers Profile:

Srinivasan Iyer

A visionary with an entrepreneurial streak, Srinivasan founded MPower in 1992 when he was just 23 years old. Srini, as he is fondly called by his friends and business associates, believes that the cutting edge difference between industry leaders and other organisations is the people. He is of the firm opinion that processes cannot change until people make them happen.

Training is his passion. He has designed several workshops, case studies, role plays and management games.In his 16 years of coaching experience, Srini has facilitated over 850 workshops and trained over 39000 senior managers of leading business groups and MNCs, including Chairmen and CEOs.

Srini holds a Masters degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling and also Postgraduate Diplomas in Human Resource Management and Business Management. He is also a certified trainer in Neuro- Linguistic Programming and a member of NFNLP, USA.

Srini is a research scholar and has presented several papers at national and international forums on strategy, human resources and management models. A popular speaker at national and international conferences, Srini is invited regularly to chair panel discussions and deliver keynote addresses to CEOs and managers across the globe. He draws upon his rich consulting and coaching experience and shares industry best practices with his audience. Srini is respected by his peers in the industry as an authority on Globalisation, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Involvement and Business Excellence.

Srini is on the Governing Body of the Bombay Productivity Council. He also serves on the Programme and Publication Committees of the National Centre for Quality Management (NCQM), the apex body of quality accreditation in India.

As Managing Trustee of MPower Leadership Foundation, a non-profit organization, Srini delivers talks to engineering & management students. He also works with NGOs in the areas of capacity building of their team.
